Mary Anne Hipp is an educational leader with a unique ability to bring faculties and staffs together through compassion, communication and diplomacy. She has more than 40 years of experience in the elementary classroom and as a school administrator, where she has become an expert problem solver through listening and understanding the big picture. Mary Anne retired as principal of Our Lady Queen of Heaven School in Lake Charles, La., and she now shares her gifts and talents with schools, school districts, and church staffs through affordable, customized workshops, faculty in-service programs, and staff retreats.
